4. What is your return and exchange policy?
- For all customized pieces we do not offer a return or exchange policy as these items were personalized to your liking. If a mistake was made on our end we will send a new item to you! For all items that are purchase without a personalization, we offer a 7 day return/exchange for a full refund.
5. How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.

7. How do I care for Tiniboo products?
- All blankets, towels, burp cloths and bibs should be washed on a cold delicate cycle. Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry. All bags can be washed as well on a cold delicate cycle but should not go in the dryer.
